Contracts Law, Section 3
I have posted both the Fall Term Exam and a sample answer that I prepared for this exam. You can find both under the Resources Tab on the Examinations page. In the Contracts Law class on January 13, I reviewed the exam and included some remarks about how I think you should react to and use your performance on this examination as a guide to your work this term. END OF THE TERM:
The Assignment Page now contains all of the assignments for this Semester. You will notice that the assignment for Monday, April 25 is just 14 pages. My intention was to avoid crowding the weekend before with a lengthy Contracts assignment. I have requested the submission of questions for the April 27 review by Tuesday night. I hope that you will prepare some questions over the weekend and submit them to me by Tuesday night so that the review on Wednesday night is appropriately focused on areas which you would like reviewed.
