Supplemental Materials
For the most part, we will be reading and discussing material assigned from the Fuller & Eisenberg Casebook or the Supplement. There are, of course, other materials that you may wish to consult to complement those readings and discussions. This page will provide information about some of these.

Treatises
There are a number of good treatises on Contracts law.
The one I recommend most highly is Farnsworth on Contracts,
published by Aspen Publishers. I do not recommend
purchasing it, but you may wish to consult it in our law
library. Should you be interested in owning it, here is the
publisher's listing of the paperback edition of this book:
Contracts, Fourth Edition, Textbook Treatise Series,
Paperback
by E. Allan Farnsworth
List Price: $62.00
ISBN-13: 9780735545403
Format: Paperback
Canned Outlines, Abstracts, Etc
I recommend that you avoid the many canned outlines, case abstracts, and other materials that many publishers make available. They may give you comfort, but they will deprive you of the exercise of working out for yourselves (before class, in class and after class) the significance of what we read. That daily exercise (admittedly a difficult experience) is at the heart of your preparation to be an effective lawyer.
